Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping is free Australia-wide & Express is offered at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-order items are dispatched within 2–5 business days after arriving in stock.

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

If you need help with your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses will be refunded excluding shipping charges.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original condition.

Approved returns will receive a refund for the order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at admin@courtroyaleco.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item.

Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.
